Here are best practices to share with your community to use DealMachine Driving For Dollars:
- Tell your drivers to not add leads that are ON the market (have an active MLS status).
- On the DealMachine map, they can use our Highlights feature and search "MLS" to highlight properties to avoid adding.
- Tell your drivers to add leads that are Expired Listings (have a "recently failed" MLS status).
- On the DealMachine map, they can use our Highlights feature and search "recently failed" to highlight properties to target while driving.

- Create an "MLS" filter (see below)
- Remove any active MLS leads (they're on market!)

How do I start pulling lists of leads with MLS data?
Unlock our List Builder tool. On the top bar of DealMachine you'll see "List Builder" with a 🔒 lock icon next to it if you don't have this plan yet.
Click there, and a prompt will ask you to add the plan.

How do I start running comps with DealMachine?
Login to your DealMachine.com account and click on any property.
In the Lead card, you'll see a tab that says Comps. If you don't have our Comps add-on yet, it will have a 🔒 lock icon next to it.
Tap that, and it will ask you to confirm to add it for $20/month.
Note: For iPhone users, you'll have to make sure you do this on a computer (not mobile).
FAQ: Does MLS Data come with your 7-day free trial of DealMachine?
Yes, MLS data can be accessed in the free trial on the map and on each lead (property card). MLS Comps is a $20/month add-on and not included.
