Current vs. Classic DealMachine Pricing
Current pricing replaces separate lead and export limits with data credits. Filter first, choose the right export rows, and pay only for the unique property and people records your next step requires.
One allowance for the data you use
Classic plans tracked stored leads and monthly exports as separate limits. Current plans include a monthly pool of data credits for property and people records. Filters, result counts, and cost previews are free, so you can narrow the audience before you reveal contacts or export data.

What changed from Classic
Why calling and texting workflows can cost less
DealMachine's published use-case comparison estimates that the current system is 43% cheaper for texting workflows and 9% cheaper for cold-calling workflows. Your result depends on your plan, seats, export shape, and prior usage in the billing period. Filters can lower your effective cost by removing poor-fit records before export and keeping unnecessary fields out of your outreach file.
Filter before you export
- Locations combine with OR to widen your search
- Property and people filters combine with AND to narrow it
- Pro adds premium filters for more precise targeting
Shape the file for the job
- Use contact, phone, or email rows for calling and texting
- Use property rows when you need property-level analysis
- Select only the fields your next tool or workflow needs
The address-only rule, stated precisely
On a contact, phone, or email export, the associated property ID and address are free context and do not add a property credit. On a property-row export, the property itself uses one property credit even when the address is the only property field selected.

Build a credit-efficient export
- 1
Start with the audience
Choose the market and add the ownership, property, contactability, or demographic filters that define a useful lead for your campaign.
- 2
Review the free count
Check how many records match before pulling any data. Add filters until the list size and criteria fit the campaign.
- 3
Choose what each row represents
For a dialer or texting platform, a contact, phone, or email export usually matches the job. Choose property rows when the destination needs property-level records.
- 4
Choose the minimum useful fields
Keep property address as free context on contact-shaped exports. Add value, equity, mortgage, sale, or building fields only when the next step will use them.
- 5
Confirm the credit preview
DealMachine shows the estimated people and property credits before you export. Records already accessed during the billing period are removed from the new-credit total.
Data Credits

You only pay once per record each billing period
Reveal or export the same unique person or property again before your billing reset and DealMachine does not charge a second data credit. The preview identifies already-accessed records before you confirm.
Frequently asked
Do filters use data credits?
No. Applying filters, checking match counts, and reviewing cost estimates are free. Credits apply when you access billable property or people data, such as revealing a contact or exporting records.
Is every address-only export free?
No. The address is free property context on a contact, phone, or email export. If each row is a property, each unique property still uses one property credit.
What happens if one property has several contacts?
People credits are counted per unique contact. If you export four contacts tied to one property, that can use four people credits. A chargeable property field adds no more than one property credit for that unique property.
Do unused monthly data credits roll over?
No. The monthly plan allowance resets each billing period. Purchased additional credits remain available until they are used.
What happens to existing Classic seats?
Existing members keep the seats included with their Classic account at no extra cost while that account remains active. Any current plan or offer added later uses current pricing and stacks with the existing plan.
